Another time-wasting bit of posturing. If teachers have an accountability system, why not legislators?

Interesting concept in that it seems geared to addressing claims that some groups are registering people without sufficient regard to whether they are eligible, duplicates, etc. Idea seems to be that if you can't get paid to register by the head, you might be more careful.
