About 250,000 illegal aliens in Texas are driving cars without a driver's license or liability insurance. If a US citizen is in an accident with an illegal aliens, they will have to pay to fix their car themselves. If the US citizen is at fault, they will be sued to the maximum by the illegal alien. The bill says if you are in Texas illegally, you do not have access to Texas courts to sue a US citizen.
