Requires candidates for President or Vice President of the US to prove their natural birth citizenship required by the US Constitution, to the Texas Secretary of State before they can obtain a place on the Texas ballot.

Every candidate for President should be required to provide a certified copy of their original long form birth certificate that lists the hospital and doctor that proves they were born in the USA to parents who were US Citizens at the time of the candidate's birth.
