HB299 Repeals the State Driver Responsibility Program which requires surcharges for three extra years on drivers committing certain traffic violations.e.g. (No driver's license, expired driver's license, no liability insurance, etc.)

I agree with hjdubya57. They do not send out notices appropriately. Your license can be suspended without notice. It was meant to draw in revenue, but many drivers never know their license is suspended until they get a violation which results in more fines and possible impounding of your vehicle.

The DRP needs to DIE a quick and painless death! Punishing people four times for singular offences is just plain WRONG!
